Disability Support Worker

CareLink Australia is hiring dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based care to clients living with physical or intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, personal care, social participation, and implementing individual care plans. Applicants must possess a strong sense of empathy, good communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or Community Services is preferred. A valid driver’s licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check are essential.
