Job Description
MindCare Network is looking for experienced Mental Health Support Workers to assist clients in supported living and outreach programs. Key responsibilities include implementing care plans, supporting recovery goals, facilitating community participation, and monitoring wellbeing. Candidates must have excellent communication and de-escalation skills, and be comfortable working independently. A Certificate IV in Mental Health or Community Services is preferred. A driver’s licence and First Aid certificate are mandatory.
