Job Description
The Seaside Grill, a modern coastal dining venue, is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will oversee a specific kitchen section, maintain food quality and presentation, ensure hygiene compliance, and assist with menu planning and training junior staff. Applicants should have at least 2–3 years of culinary experience and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. We seek a team player with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and strong organizational skills.
