Applicants must hold relevant trade qualifications (Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or Fitting & Turning) and have at least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and safety awareness are crucial. Overtime and weekend shifts are occasionally required.
